PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to MYTURN ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our rotating contribution (AJO/ESUSU/Adashe) platform.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the MYTURN Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
MYTURN provides a technology solution that facilitates the creation and management of group savings arrangements (Ajo/Esusu/Adashe groups). We enable:
- Creation and management of savings groups
- Automated collection and distribution of funds
- Member management and communication
- Payment processing through licensed financial service providers
- Dispute resolution support
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
5. FINANCIAL SERVICES
5.1 Payment Processing: All payment services are provided through licensed third-party financial institutions. We are a technology platform and not a bank, financial institution, or trustee of funds.
5.2 Fees: We may charge service fees for platform usage. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
5.3 Payment Authorization: By using automated payment features, you authorize us and our payment partners to debit your designated account according to your group's schedule.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Honor your financial commitments to your group
- Treat other users with respect and professionalism
- Not use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:
- Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Platform
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MYTURN and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BETWEEN MEMBERS
9.1 Member Disputes: Disputes between group members are primarily the responsibility of the group members to resolve.
9.2 Platform Mediation: We may, at our discretion, provide mediation services or dispute resolution support, but we are not obligated to do so.
9.3 No Liability: We are not liable for losses arising from member defaults, disputes, or group dynamics.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTRUN Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10.2 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in service fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MYTURN Platform, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. DATA PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYTURN regarding the use of our services.
